I was then offered the chance to get real and work as a photographer's assistant and learn the craft.

Assistant to editorial photographer Debbie Humphries working on location working with real people, whilst also studying nightclasses in photography at Photofusion london.

Freelance photographic assistant working with a variety of top end advertising photographers including Tim O’Sullivan, Russell Porcas and other members of the Association of Photographers shooting portrait to automotive national advertising campaigns, working on location and studio for Audi,yellow pages, XXXX, Regal Whisky, Sunday Times.

Full time photographic assistant to Max Forsythe Commercial location photographer, working on National press and poster advertising campaigns for, Emirates Airways,British Airways,Dulux, Honda,Landrover, Kodak,Caffreys beer, Uvistat,Milupa,The Samaritans.

Worked on a Documentary, Life and Death in Soweto, which involved living and working in Soweto for a two month period.

Won the Association of Photographers assistant awards with a black and white series of portraits of swimmers in hyde Park.

Photographed national advertising campaigns for Kronenbourg, Wrigleys, Eddie Bauer clothing, LDV vans, Eagle star insurance, Hush puppies, Brunel care homes, British mobility trust Adverts produced through advertising Agencies, Duckworth Finn Grubb Waters, Y&R, O&M amoungst others.

Commissioned to photograph over 150 Hotels and Villas in Spain and Portugal for a travel client and build a portfolio of destination shots for the client my own library. We had a tight-nit team organising logistics,itineraries,hotel access, film processing, film scanning and uploading to website for client access. This was in the early days of web based libraries.

Commissioned the following year to cover Italy again photographing Hotels and Villas. Alot of time on these trips was spent on the logistics and arranging access to hotels and villas and ensuring they were available when we were in the respective regions.

I have carried out travel assignments for Magic of Italy, Magic of Spain, Magic of Portugal, Crystal Active, Crystal Ski, Simply Ski, Sunsail resorts, Hidden Croatia, Rough Guides Madrid, Rough Guides Barcelona, Rough Guides Costa Brava, Rough Guides Lisbon, Rough Guides Mallorca, The Broads Authority.

I have an archive of Travel Images for license through www.johnwarburtonlee.com and further images through the prestigious www.lensmodern.com.

I have a wide client base from travel companies to food producers to advertising agencies to editorial to furniture companies. I love the variety of work this brings in and I never know if I will hanging out of a helicopter shooting aerials or in a white out car studio.

I have been working in the photography industry for over 15 years.
